Cirrus Imaging Supply warrants each cartridge to be free of defects in
both material and workmanship.
Cirrus Imaging Supply cartridges have been remanufactured under stringent quality
control standards, assuring performance that equals or exceeds that
of the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).
Cirrus Imaging Supply will, at its disgression, replace the cartridge or refund the
full purchase price of any printer cartridge found to be defective.
Cirrus Imaging Supply also warrants that, subject to conditions stated below and
under normal use (including operation of printer equipment within
specifications) our printer cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal
wear, or deterioration to any compatible laser printers. If a defect
in a Cirrus Imaging Supply printer cartridge causes a printer to
fail, Cirrus Imaging Supply will reimburse our customers for the
full amount for all service and repair of the printer. This warranty
is dependent upon the customer providing us with satisfactory evidence
that the printer failure was due to a defect in a Cirrus Imaging
Supply printer cartridge, including a written statement on the service
company's letterhead, dated and signed by the company's field sales
or service representative, and proof that failure occurred.
Cirrus Imaging Supply's liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement
or reimbursement as provided above. This warranty is exclusive,
and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including
warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
