Credit Cards and Personal Security

Cirrus Imaging Supply provides a safe online process for using credit cards. Our secure socket layer (SSL) ensures that any personal information that you supply is encrypted as they travel over the Internet. We keep all your personal information on secure servers and do not sell or trade any of your personal information you disclosed.

Payment Methods

All prices are in US dollars and shipped purchases may be made using Visa or MasterCard. Other payment methods will only be accepted with prior approval. To ensure prompt processing of your order, the name, billing address, and ship to address must match your credit card billing statement information. Orders may be delayed if we cannot verify the information submitted. Your credit card is charged at the time of placing the order.

Local Payment Methods

For local orders we offer free delivery for Iowa City and the surrounding area. Call for availability. Payment on receipt is required for all new customers unless otherwise specified. Visa and MasterCard are accepted and must be verified before delivery. Personal checks are accepted; a $25 returned check fee would be charged for all returned checks. Local businesses can apply for terms; maximum term limit is 30 days from day of receipt.

Shipping

Orders are shipped using UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Because we use UPS we cannot ship to PO Boxes. All shipping orders must be received by 3:00pm to be shipped out the same day the order was received. If the product is on backorder, we will ship out as soon as the backordered products become available. Tracking numbers will be e-mailed to you using the e-mail address given when you sign up.

Shipping Charge

Because we don't like it when other companies charge whatever they want for shipping, we only charge what UPS charges us. We do however add a $2.00 charge for shipping material (boxes, packing material, etc.).

Coupons

Only one coupon can be used at one time. All discounts and coupons will be applied to the subtotal before shipping and taxes are added.

Sales Tax

All Iowa residence will be charged and are subject to a 6% sales tax. Exceptions are all state and federal agencies, public schools, etc.
