Credit Cards and Personal Security
Cirrus Imaging Supply provides a safe online process for using credit cards. Our secure socket layer (SSL) ensures that any personal information that you supply is encrypted as it travels over the Internet. We keep all your personal information on secure servers and do not sell or trade any of the personal information you disclosed. We do not save your credit card information on our secure servers for added security.

Payment Methods
All prices are in US dollars and shipped purchases may be made using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Other payment methods will only be accepted with prior approval. To ensure prompt processing of your order, the name, billing address, and ship to address must match your credit card billing statement information. Orders may be delayed if we cannot verify the information submitted. Your credit card is authorized at the time of placing the order and is charged when items are shipped or delivered locally.

Local Payment Methods
For local orders we offer free delivery for Iowa City and the surrounding area. Call for availability. Payment on receipt is required for all new customers unless otherwise specified. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover are accepted and must be verified before delivery. Personal checks are accepted; a $25 returned check fee would be charged for all returned checks. Local businesses can apply for terms; maximum term limit is 30 days from day of receipt.

Shipping
Orders are shipped using UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Because we use UPS we cannot ship to PO Boxes. All shipping orders must be received by 3:00pm to be shipped out the same day the order was received. Tracking numbers will be available on our website after 6:00pm the same day the order was shipped out and will be e-mailed to you using the e-mail address given when you sign up.

Shipping Charge
Because we don't like it when other companies charge whatever they want for shipping, we only charge what UPS charges us. We do however add a $2.00 charge for shipping material (boxes, packing material, etc.). If you want insurance placed on your shipment you must check the appropriate box for how much insurance is desired.

Shopping
Shopping at the Cirrus Imaging Supply online store is as simple as clicking the "add to cart" button under the product you want to purchase. Before you can purchase anything you must first register and have a user name and password. This allows you to create a profile for yourself that can include a favorites list that has only the cartridges you choose on it. Adding cartridges to you favorites list is as easy as clicking on the "add to favorites" button under the product. If you don't want to have a favorites list and you are logged in, you can search, select, and purchase any product that is available.

Shopping Cart Functionality
· To adjust the quantity of the product ordered type in the number desired.
· To delete a product selection, enter 0 in the qty box and press the Update Cart button.
· Your subtotal is in the [My Basket] located or the right side of the screen and change as you add or subtract items. To check out all you have to do is click the "Checkout" button located in your shopping cart or [My Basket].

Checking Out
If you are a first time customer you will be asked to register before you can place any products in your shopping cart. If you are using a credit card to pay for your items, you need to make sure that the billing name, address, and zip code are the same as on your credit card billing statement.

Coupons
All coupons on our website can only be used by registered users. Only one coupon can be used at one time. All discounts and coupons will be applied to the subtotal before shipping and taxes are added.

Sales Tax
All Iowa residence will be charged and are subject to a 5% sales tax. Exceptions are all state and federal agencies, public schools, etc.
